Omni bus operators in Coimbatore have suspended their services to Kerala following the detention of several buses and the imposition of hefty fines by the authorities. The operators expressed their concern over what they described as stringent checks and heavy penalties being imposed on vehicles traveling between the two states. As a result, many passengers bound for Kerala have been left stranded, causing inconvenience ahead of the weekend. The bus operators are demanding a resolution and have urged officials from both Tamil Nadu and Kerala to address the issue and ensure smooth inter-state transport operations.
